As a longtime core user of Urban Company, I've noticed that I frequently recommend their services to my friends. However, I've realized I'm not receiving adequate incentives for these referrals. While this could be due to Urban Company reaching a maturity stage where they rely less on referrals, I decided to take on the challenge of revamping their referral program. My project involved redesigning the current screens to create a more effective and rewarding referral system.
